Small World Adoption Foundation of Missouri Inc. specializes in international adoption in Russia and Ukraine. Located in St. Louis, Missouri, we are a not-for-profit, licensed child placement agency that was founded in 1992. SWAF is dedicated to assisting people eager to build loving families through adoption and relief programs. In 1993, four children were adopted through SWAF, and now we assist with the adoption of between 50 and 60 children annually. More than 2,100 children have been placed in loving homes in 47 states and seven foreign countries. SWAF is committed to provide relief in the countries in which it works.

Partnership with Reece's Rainbow
We are pleased to announce that we are partnering with Reece’s Rainbow, a wonderful organization dedicated to saving the lives of orphaned children with Down’s Syndrome around the world. Without our assistance, these orphans face a life within an institutional setting without appropriate medical care or attention. We are happy to be a part of a rather new effort to bring these children with Down’s Syndrome home into loving families that are able to provide them with the extra care that their condition requires. SWAF is offering a reduction in adoption fees in an effort to save more of these very special children. Please contact the SWAF office for additional information.
