Donate:
Your financial gift to the Foundation will enable it to further its goals of
improving the lives of the thousands of children left behind. Those children
will never know the love and warmth of a caring family and home. Your gift can
help improve the quality of life for orphaned children.

Corporate Matching Gifts: Check with your employer for a matching
gift program. Many corporations have such programs to encourage their employees
to be generous to not-for-profit organizations such as Small World.
Offer You Or Your Company's Services: This magnificent web site was designed, and developed by a SWAF family at no cost to the Foundation! SWAF's technical computer support
services are provided by PC Systems of Missouri.
The Foundation's insurance coverage is provided by a former SWAF client, with
no commission
fees. Other examples of some recent gifts have
been from a previous client's employer, JF Ahern, who has supplied the playground equipment
and tools for the innagural trip to Belarus and all trips thereafter at below cost. Former client employers, Nestle Purina
and Energizer provided the Santa toys for the Holiday Breakfast. Previous clients,
who are doctors, made arrangements with St. Louis University Hospital to pay
the fees for life saving surgery for the wife of a Belarussian official.
Grant Andrews Advancement Fund:
Donations may be made to the Advancement Fund, established to assist families who need financial assistance to complete an international adoption with Small World of a child over 18 months of age. Awards are based on need. Currently, only one award per year is possible. The approved family receives $5,000-$10,000 toward their adoption expenses and repays the amount to the
fund upon receipt of their income tax refund. If the tax refund is not large
enough, the family is placed on a monthly repayment plan. Clients may sell their
tax credits to donate to this fund. The advancement is interest free to the
adopting family. |
