Small World Adoption Foundation of Missouri, Inc. is a licensed international adoption agency specializing in Eastern European adoption, from the countries of Russia, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.  Small World is also licensed in Vietnam, however the adoption agreement between the US and Vietnam has not been signed.  Therefore, that program is currently on hold.

Small World Adoption Foundation of Missouri Inc. is a non-for-profit, licensed child placement agency that was founded in 1992.  SWAF is dedicated to assisting people eager to build loving families through adoption and relief programs in Russia, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.  In 1993, four children were adopted through Small World, and now SWAF assists with the adoption of between 90 and 125 children annually.  More than 1800 children have been placed in loving homes in 47 states and seven foreign countries. 

Small World is committed to provide relief in the countries in which it works.
